This is how it works:
We must first determine the current and fair market value of your property. This number is derived from the most recent comparable sales in your neighborhood. Of course price adjustments are necessary when a property is new construction or has been remodeled, has views or other unique features.
The process of valuation of a property is quite standard amongst real estate professionals. That being the case, the value of a property which is analyzed by different realtors should be very similar. As a result, you may also choose to get a second or third opinion from other agents, brokers or an appraiser.
Once we agree on all terms, we submit our offer along with all the disclosures required by law. If you choose to accept, we will then open escrow but there will be no public record of the transaction until the deal is closed. If you choose not to accept our offer, we will gladly market your property for sale.

- This offer applies to homes that are not currently on the MLS or listed with another broker.
